BRATWURST SALSALITO (SERVES 6)
All of our bratwursts are custom made in our retail store. The "Salsalito" is flavored as a medium-hot sausage and loaded with cheddar cheese, portabella mushrooms, vidalia onions, and green peppers to give this brat character and a bit of a bite! Brats are wrapped in freezer paper with 6 per package and seperated for easy individual use. All packages weigh aproximately 1.5 lbs. and come frozen. PLEASE NOTE: Total cost is based on actual weight at $4.99 per lb.
